I wish I could give them zero Stars. I live in a senior apartment complex here in San Pablo and we've called them numerous times for various different issues and not one time have they come. I don't know what they do over there but they are not helpful at all. It looks like the laziness to me. I see they are building a new police department building near City Hall. I don't think they deserve a new building since they are useless. I'm sure July 4th 2022 they will be hiding somewhere and not taking care of the hundreds and hundreds of people blasting off fireworks. I've lived here for the past 6 years and we've called them and they have never done anything in all those years. It's really a shame

I had a very startling/scary incident tonight and called 911. Several officers showed up very quickly which I appreciated. I only expected one to show up, as that’s what I’m used to in other county’s. I didn’t get all the officers names but they made me feel very safe and that kept me from completely freaking out. Officer Gatlin even stayed with me to make sure I could get home safely, which I highly appreciate. I’m usually not one to call 911 but I’m glad I did.

I walked over there and had a bright and friendly visit. Spoke with a friendly police officer dressed in an outfit with shirt,pants and boots. Whom i spoke with a polite officer of the public law held the door open as I departed.
