I had done a lot of research trying to find a temporary spot to stay for a few months and many of the apartments in the area either doesn't offer a short term lease or offer it at a high cost. Boulevard 4201 was of the few that fitted into my budget nicely. This place is beautiful and very well maintained. The application and move in process was exceptionally smooth and painless. There were a few inconveniences when I first moved in but Chip was able to help me get maintenance to my apartment to get them all sorted out quickly. I went with the penthouse layout and I am really loving it.

Just moved in yesterday and the entire process was seamless thanks to Chip in the leasing office! I decided to go with the "Crown Royal" unit, and everything about this apartment is beautiful! High ceilings, built in bookshelf, fireplace and tons of natural light. The model apartment they show you on tour, is EXACTLY what you get. Chip is for sure my go to guy, and I suggest that anyone who is looking to rent from here schedules their tour with him (: Stephen in maintenance has been great too! I'm so excited to start my Las Vegas journey living in this beautiful oasis!

Came here looking for an apartment and met Chip who is one of the leasing agents. He toured me two of the 1 bedroom units and I fell in love with the Ascot layout. Chip made the whole process of finding the apartment, to signing the paperwork very easy and quick. He even did his best to try to make it the most affordable too. Thanks Chip for the great hospitality! Also shout out to Steve in maintenance for making sure my new home was ready for move in!

I'm a brand new resident and have nothing but good things to say about this place thus far. Definitely the easiest and most problem-free move-in I've ever had thanks to Chip, who proactively set-up everything as far as paperwork and maintenance was concerned. I chose the Ascot layout and during the walkthrough, he noticed the laundry vent fan was a bit louder than it normally would be and put in a maintenance request to get it replaced without me even needing to point it out. Overall the property seems great, he units are updated and well-kept, and the leasing office has made things totally painless. Obviously still new but so far, def would recommend.

I lived there for four years the Rooms apartment is great but the Service Manager are the worst people have ever seen.
It varies but around $1000 to $1300 depending on # of bedrooms and bathrooms.
