Hispanic lady working 6/26/22 @ 1:30 pm is extremely rude. I guess I was inconveniencing her since she was texting on her cell phone when I walked in. Snapped at me when I asked her if I could check my package to confirm I was giving her the correct one. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but this is the fourth time she takes my packages when I come in and she acts like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Unacceptable! Please hire someone with better customer service skills.

This review is for UPS Store #4161 in Clearwater FL. I was extremely impressed the the courtesy, efficiency and knowledge of Amanda. She was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I was in and out without obstacles. She took care of everything. I will say, this experience with Amanda is the exact reason I will return. I typically visit Fed Ex on Ulmerton but Amanda just won me over! Well done UPS and Amanda!

The young man working the counter is helpful, friendly, and efficient. The notary is unreliable and allows appts to be booked even at times they don't intend to be in the store. This is highly unprofessional and resulted in wasting my time and money driving over there with a CONFIRMED appointment time to find out the notary comes and goes as she pleases and wouldn't be in until several hours after my 10am appt time. Don't waste your time here. The one downtown on 2nd ave and 2nd st South ALWAYS has a notary on staff so just go there and don't waste your time at the Ulmerton location (which is not conveniently located to very much anyways). At the one downtown (2nd and 2nd south)..... no appointment needed ever. If THAT location (2nd and 2nd south) is OPEN, then they are ready to notarize. I hope the notary reads this and understands she is hurting the business of that particular location of the UPS store. HEY UPS ULMERTON: STOP ALLOWING PEOPLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS YOU DON"T INTEND TO HONOR AND DON'T HAVE THE STAFF FOR!!!

I only go to this UPS location because the customer service is amazing. Paula is ALWAYS extremely helpful, and goes above and beyond for each and every customer. Paula definitely deserves a raise!
