I have been a customer of this store for over 15 years. During this time I have seen owners and managers come and go. I can honestly say since the current owner Leo took over this store it has made a 100 precent turnaround. The level of service and overall operation of the store is amazing. The manager Heather is the best manager I have ever interacted with. She is extremely knowledgeable, polite, always on top of things bends over backwards and is highly skilled in every position. She deserves a raise and a promotion in my opinion. This store did a complete 360 from what it was in the past. The associates deserve credit as well. They are very good at their jobs and very efficient.

I've been visiting Clearwater for the past 8 months and have relied on UPS heavily during that time. After stopping into a few other stores, UPS Store 4344 quickly separated itself from the others and became my UPS home. The staff is CONSISTENTLY efficient, resourceful, and friendly -- and often they go above and beyond to help their customers -- carrying large, cumbersome parcels to and from the car for pregnant women, elderly adults (and there are many in this community), people reliant on wheelchairs or assisted movement devices and those recovering from injuries (myself, two foot surgeries). I can't give this place a higher recommendation and I'm grateful for their excellent customer service during my time in town. Thank you!!

I’m am grateful and blessed to be given (2hrs) of care and loving professional administrative assistance from Heather today and Collins patience and understanding last week when I came into make copies at 1 minute before closing. My 87 Daddy , is slowing down and as I manage his care and needs Heather and Collin are my hero team mates cheering me on.
