While most of Mr. Tapia's staff is friendly, their knowledge and expertise is apparently VERY lacking. Already 3 major mistakes have been made by his company, causing financial difficulty for me and making it almost impossible to change agents until I can correct the misinformation that was given and actually not given to me. Most recently I added another automobile to my policy prior to the actual renewal date. The difference in premium for the additional vehicle was SUPPOSED to be spread over till the next renewal date. Instead the week prior to renewal, I get a bill in the mail for THE FULL amount due for the additional vehicle as well as the normal payment that would be due for installments. So essentially I am being required to pay nearly TRIPLE what I should have to pay. According to a specialist at the call center for Allstate this should've been explained to me by MY AGENT prior to adding the vehicle so I could've been given the choice to wait 2 months to add the new vehicle. If I had been given the choice to wait, I would've let 2nd vehicle just sit in my yard for 2 months. I wonder what someone else reading this review what your CHOICE would be, given the choice??🤔

Every time I call the office with questions about my policy, the staff is absolutely amazing. I specially like talking to my agent Liz Slater, she is very helpful and takes the time to explain things in detail, she is patient and doesn't mind repeating things multiple times. She is very friendly and always makes me smile after talking to her. Keep up the good work to all the staff from David Tapia's Office !!!
