I have been to this car wash a few times before and I was overall satisfied, but when I went today the experience was different. I opted for the 4th wash. I will say the exterior overall was great, but the interior was done very poorly. I had dirt and other debris still visible in my vehicle. The rear seats had cleaning residue on them. The rear cargo wasn’t even touched. I expect more for this price. The staff were friendly, nothing against them, but I likely won’t be back.

Alabama makes this place. She is the nicest, sweetest person you ever meet. The other team members are just as good and watching them work as a team is amazing. They all need a raise, Alabama needs more. Do whatever is needed to keep her here. She is the reason you have so many repeat customers.

They’ve been slowly getting worse for the past year or so, but the last time really made it so I won’t be back. My biggest concern is they don’t dry the car after the wash so it gets water spots. I voiced my issue but the employees didn’t seem to care. I think my pictures will speak for themselves, but I expected more for over $40.

I went down around 2 pm and they got me right in. I asked for the #4, it cost me a little over $40 but got everything especially the floor mats (which were really important to me). They did a good job on the inside, it was clean and wiped down. The outside had some spots that could have been done better. The inside waiting room was clean and beautiful. The couch was comfy and I enjoyed just sitting in there waiting. You can see your car come out the wash and the employees cleaning it. Just be patient and you will enjoy your experience. The average time for a #4 is about 1.5 hrs.
