Decent apartments, outdated stuff easily falls apart but maintenance isn’t too bad. My neighbors were robbed and someone tried to steal my car so not very safe

I have lived at the Villas at Sunrise Mountain for 4 years now and it has been a great experience. Maintenance team is amazing. Each member of the maintenance staff is kind, curtious, professional, and they do pretty quick and efficient work. The office staff is great for the most part. The complex is pretty safe and quiet which works for me. Biggest drawback is parking. If you have more than 1 car or are entertaining guests trying to find uncovered parking is a BIG hassle. Sometimes you will have to drive around and hope someone is leaving.

Pros: Easy, smooth application/move in process Very quiet complex Overall I feel safe; no police activity in complex Maintenance is on site daily/office is open daily “Fairly” priced considering other places here in Las Vegas Office staff are professional (esp April) Security patrols overnight No theft or vandalism (that I am aware of) Cons: ZERO, absolutely no parking for guests Other tenants and their guests will park in other tenants assigned parking spaces with minimal consequences One of the front gates is always broken High traffic area; across from a high school Creaking noise in upstairs unit showers No ice maker, very, very basic appliances Everything is electric Tenants do not know how to put their trash in the trash bins Flooring needs updating Carpet but cream carpet at that

This apartment was great four years ago when we had first moved in after multiple office changes and management changes these apartments started going downhill fast. management only cares about receiving their money. We have never missed a rent payment and have always paid rent way before the 1st of month. Office is always closing early/ pool closed/ water turned off. They do not take residents seriously when they make a Complaint or report any issues or concerns. There is never any parking available for residence because they always have an excessive amount of cars that have been abandoned sitting in parking spots. Neighbors play loud music excessively and they never do anything or say anything about it I’ve also come downstairs to see neighbor numerous of times passed out in the courtyard with ants crawling all over him and management has never said or done anything about that . not really something I want my four-year-old daughter to see you every morning when taking her to day care.

Im paying $1,120 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath This particular Community used to be nice about 5 years ago they switched management and have been horrible I've been living here for 10 years trust me you don't want to live here especially if you don't want break ins and theft. Im outta here soon as possible. This has been the worst year yet I used to be able to park in front of my apartment for the last 9 years and suddenly they decided to change the parking assignment so now I have to park across the entire apartment complex in the corner and oftentimes I come home late at night from work and there is another car in my spot and they do nothing about it and then I end up having to park in someone else's spot and I get it tow noticed within 2 hours. There are better places to live in this s******* hole. The side next to Las Vegas high school where the three bedroom apartments are is very dangerous this is where most of the low-income families live.
