The black lady that works the drive-thru is a racist. I like BOA but after being given a hard time, for no reason on multiple occasions, I will not be returning to this location.

If it were possible to give ZERO stars , I would do so . Have been a customer for 36 years - it is OVER. POOR POOR SERVICE and they do NOT care . Put up with it too long . The WORST - I am OUT

Drive thru not open and of course the only huge bank that's actively closing the drive thrus during a global pandemic. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. In response to BoAs response to me, closing down drive thru's is in direct opposition to the CDC guidelines of social distancing. Going through a drive-thru is social distancing instead of having to walk inside where a bunch of other people are at. Even Wells Fargo, the worst bank ever stopped in branch visits. BoA doesn't care about guidelines, just their bottom line, which means firing tellers.

I have been needing to get a new bank but will definitely not use bank of America. First reason is that if you are written a check by someone who has an account there and it's convenient to just go there to cash the check and you don't have an account, you will be charged eight dollars to do so. That is the highest of any banks in Columbia. Second, they close at 4, talk about having "bankers hours". Come on people unlike you most people work till 5! Third, they are some of the rudest people. Not a bank for me. Synovias bank has polite people, only charges 2 dollars.
