Very clean community for an apartment complex. Have gating for security. Units are very roomy. Staff is very helpful and professional. Also offers second chance rentals for people that have prior evictions on their credit. Overall, very satisfied with this apartment complex community.

Called the place over a month ago and they said they will have a model to show in about 60 days. The apartment app finally updated stating there is a unit available soon. So I Called them a few minutes ago and they still said they won’t have a model to show for another 60 days. Also the African American who answered the phone has a MAJOR attitude.

First an foremost if this is a second chance program property these leasing agent have a great deal of red tape they must go through! Trust me it’s not the leasing agent most of the time it’s the corporate taking there sweet time to look over your paperwork or to give the go ahead to say yes to allow you to rent. Please be patient and things will move rather smoothly for you God bless everyone including myself whom are trying to rent!!

I love it here. The office, maintenance and security are wonderful. Being in the business you look for other professional and by far I am very impressed. The grounds are always clean. The pool stays clean and for it to be pet friendly everyone seems to clean up after them. Transferring to a 3 bedroom soon. Keep up the good work
