I have been trying to help my friend get into these apartments, he paid the application fee and was given notice that the application was approved by a leasing agent from pine village, never have anyone from Greenville given him a call back after he was informed that someone from the office will get back with him. It’s going on the 4th week. No response and it’s really frustrating being that the application fee was paid but he has never been contacted by this property. Hopefully this makes it to a person who is able to get ahold to the office staff and he can get answers.

Im crying on how frustrating this is i wont be able to even shower because it’s raining inside my restroom i can see hairs coming from the apartment upstairs on the water that it’s leaking from upstairs disgusting!!!! they never fix anything i have leaking all around my apartment somentimes they guy from maintenance come over today and he say on a very rude way there’s nothing he can’t do and to do wataver inwant soo i think im just filling a complaint on better business burrau to get rid of my contract if possible

It has nearly been over 2 weeks and they still didn’t help with my emergency request for a window. Also good luck trying to get pest control to come out I had to buy my own pest control materials on top of that they do not care if you declare issues on their emergency line.
