Mrs Rhonda is awesome! She is very organized and got everything ready for us as CVS team to come out to give flu shot to the residents at Country Club 300 Promenade Bld in Las Vegas. Thank you the Property Manager Mrs Jamie Barber for letting CVS to come and provide this service to the residents.

This place here. I met with one of the leasing agents by the name of Jaalah. She appeared nice in the beginning. The office manager was giving me the run around to the point Jaalah became frustrated (at least that’s what she told me). Jaalah called me on a Saturday asking me to come in because what she wanted to discuss she didn’t want to do it over the phone. I go in and she begin to say how she didn’t understand why the manager was giving me a hard time. She wanted another paper filled out by my room mate. I told her my roommate was in California. Jaalah told me and I quote: have anybody fill it out and bring it right back). Shady business. I did it just to see and she took the paper. The document was illegal because the person on the doc didn’t sign it.. I asked for my 200 fee back and Jaalah said it’s non refundable because I didn’t want the place. I told her no it’s refundable because you had me forging documents for my friend. They never gave my money back. Be careful renting in Vegas because it’s a lot of fraud and scams in these leasing offices
