We have been living at Shadow Ridge for three years, and are very pleased with the facilities, the service staff, and especially the office staff. Any needs we have with filters and other repairs are attended to very quickly. We have had friends moving into Las Vegas who have also wanted to move into the complex. The location is very convenient to Chinatown and other restaurants and shops. We'd highly recommend Shadow Ridge to both couples and families.

Quiet apartments. Mostly family oriented. It's next to Clark high school. Literally a 3min to 5minute walk if your kids are n high school.

Yes there is deposit. Been here 5 yrs don't remember deposit i think same as rent. There is back ground and credit check. Your credit will disqualify you and should have no evictions Not sure of price
