I've lived here since December of 2021. The women in the office are very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to get my mail when the mailboxes were being repaired. Maintenance team here are helpful and responded immediately when I had a small leak in my bathroom and fixed the issue. Happy to be living here.

I love the vibes here with the office staff. Awesome pool with a nicely reorganized gym. Also, we love having a dog park on site.

In the first 6 weeks here we've experienced the following: • Roaches in the apt, homeless folk hop the tunnel fence to the property & go through the dumpsters nightly, and someone tried to take the hood off my car to get inside but failed. • The Amazon Hub delivery system is awful and constantly goes down. There are no other proper package mailboxes, they've left the broken ones at the USPS mailboxes as outdoor decor, which goes along with the water-slime that constantly looms under the mailboxes and along the pathways. • They have a hard time accommodating the need to know when maintenance is going to invade your privacy in advance. Scheduling maintenance should be the norm, when in your life does anyone just show up to your place unexpected and that's okay? • They shut down the gym for remodel during the hottest months of the year when it's impossible to exercise outside. • Management here does seem to try and they're not bad people, but this place falls way short of being operated like somewhere they would want to live. We severely need better security and thoughtful action to make this a decent property for people to live.

The apartments are nice enough and they used to be priced well. Now they're way overpriced and overcrowded. If you have two cars prepare for trouble. The office uses(and loses) sticky notes to keep track of important tasks.... A $3 brown bag of snack isn't a good bribe for a 5 star review either(they tried). And the "Optional" $25 trash valet fee isn't optional and they don't come consistently.
