The leaf blower noise in the morning is insane. I suppose the apartment cares more about the outside maintenance than the tenants getting sleep. The walls seem to be made of paper here so prepare to hear any and everything going on outside.

Everyone you see posting about it being nice here is doing so cause the apartment offered them a discount for doing so. I've lived here for 2 years now and have had my car broken into two times (front office told me tough luck both times) and on top of that on our second year of living here the rent actually went up. This place is terrible as far as how they run it. The maintenance guys are cool they'll always be ready to help but the ladies at the front desk are absolutely horrible. I literally would give zero stars of possibe.

Not sure on Section 8, but there is a charge to have pets.

When someone applies for an apartment at Sahara West, we do a credit screening and criminal background check on all applicants 18 years of age or older. An eviction within the last 24 months or a collection from another apartment community that has been reported to the credit bureau within the last 24 months would decline the application. This place they are racist becareful I would go somewhere else it seems like if it's an elderly place to live at too many old people complain for any lil thing.Theres senior living places don't understand why they allow seniors in this place
They do, but the price varies by floorplan/amenities/etc. Call the office; they are really nice and very helpful. Plus, they can tell you if there are any move in specials! Best of luck.
