I wasn't impressed with apartment complex it wasn't that clean and Tassia Reed doesn't know how to talk to people. Their application process is stupid they expect you to put in 30 day notice to get section 8 voucher when they don't have a apartment available but to be on waiting list.

UV Residential has been very pro-active with Lake Tonopah. They are quick to solve problems and are very responsive to the tenants. They keep the property clean, well maintained and have programs to help the inspire the community. Their club house has great activities for everyone. They are concerned about the well-being of their property and the safety of its occupants.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The property managers are very helpful and supportive and respond quickly to problems that people have with their apartments. Others who live there have said how much they enjoy living at Lake Tonopah and I see why. Its a very nice place to live.
