Depends on the unit size and if it's upgraded or not. There is not a number. I never get an answer anymore but I message through the apartments app and get a response pretty fast.
Water. Trash. Sewage. Pest control averages around over the place. Sometimes $50 sometimes over $100
Yes some buildings do
It's not gated. I've had some minor inconveniences (miscommunications from management) but over all I love it here I feel safe out alone in the complex at night
Not officially. They can by pass certain things with approval or conditions if your credit isn't perfect. I know mine sucks and I'm here.may depend on what you owe.
