I arrived to be shown an apartment by "Ana!" Everything went copasetic....until: an occurrence happened!!! 😒😵‍💫 I informed "Ana" and was ignored and thereafter treated terrible & denied the right to apply! (Which was best...keep reading 📚 🤥) "Lanae" arrived, and "Ana" put her on a high pedestal🎢 She (Lanae) began to "yell" 🔊 at "Me" .....🙄💅🤫😁 in a masculine manner stating "I've been here 19 years, I'm the Regional Manager" 😳, I don't entertain that type of behavior towards me so I kept 🤫💅!!! "Lanae's" wart 🤢 on her face was sooooooo deterring, that it over-shadowed her "overly aggressive behavior" 🤓😅 I later contacted the "self-titled "Owner" Alex... he was worst, he yelled, and refused to provide pertinent information for my occurrence 🙄, well..... this generation can receive "Anythiiiiing" off the internet, so, "I did!" 😁 I guess wasting breath 💨 & energy is common for "them" 🙄 Conclusion: Occurrence occured; no resolution; received information anyway...the END 📚!!

I went into the office to ask about a one bedroom availability I have taken a tour earlier with Steve he was so nice. But when I came in and I spoke with Anna she was so cold and unwelcoming and when me and my fiance started asking questions about the cost she just kept rolling her eyes and breathing heavily like we were annoying her or bothering her. She is very unprofessional and felt like she did'nt want to help us by asking our questions. And also before i even went into the office i spoke with Anna over the phone and told her I was interested in a one bedroom and what was the total move in cost she told me an amount and i brought it in thinking i was going to be able to hold an apartment and move in. but when i got there is was a total diffrent amount it was $3000 and some odd dollars to move in on the first of the month and she did'nt even break it down what was the total amount going to.

Very friendly. I love Steve & Anna. Courteous management and all staff. Fast maintenance. A wonderful place to live. We just pray the rent doesn't go up. We're on a tight fixed income. No room to budge. My husband can't get access to the pool to exercise and relax. Not enough bars for him. Nice areas to walk your dog but the grass needs water. BBQs, benches, pool, jacuzzi, tanning beds and exercise room. Locked patio doors. Parking for friends.
