I inquired several times about leasing an apartment and it is simply impossible to speak with someone. Every time I called the automated system stated other customers were being assisted and asked for me to leave a message for a prompt call back. That never happened. Then surprisingly I received an email from them and replied to it once and a second time asking them to call me after no initial response from my reply. I liked this place but if this is how they unprofessionally operate then no thank you. It's their loss, not mines!

Impossible to contact. I was able to speak to someone initially after calling a couple of times, and I was told there would be a unit available towards the end of this month. Well here I am with a couple follow up questions that I guess I'll never be getting an answer to. Checking my call log, over the last 10 days I've called over 20 times, left multiple voicemails, sent contact inquiries through their website, as well as sending emails. Phone line just goes to an automated system where you can leave a voicemail that will never be followed up on. If you're looking to rent here and can't get someone on the phone within the first one or two calls you most likely will just be wasting your time like I clearly have at this point.

There's a small market close by and an Albertsons down the road just a few blocks from Fremont street very easy walk to everything gated underground parking naborhood is good school across the street and alot of lawyers and small things like that near by also has a rooftop grill garden hot tub and fire pit pretty good place to live
I don't think so, I think it's more geared for single, retired, or professionals (without kids). I lived there for over a year, and may I add... loved it! I lived on the second floor for a little bit and the 3rd floor for over a year. Loved the gated parking under the building, and the rooftop amenities. Most of the rooms exit into a hallway, so to have kids running up and down the interior halls would have been aggravating. When I was there I don't remember any families living there with kids. Just saying. I also don't believe that the downtown area is a good place for kids to hang out either. That's just my opinion, and it also depends on how old your child is as well. Good luck!
Between 1300 to 1650 for a loft unit for anything less it's a bit cheaper
