I’ve toured a few properties this one caught my attention because it has all I need. It’s very clean and gated which is a plus for me. They informed me the units with the washers and dryers will be ready soon so ill definitely be coming back to see those.

Please! Please DO NOT move here!! read all the reviews first! AND read their management reviews under The Robinson Group. The worst!! You Don't get your deposit back, they shut the water off up to 3x a week! With NEVER a 24hr notice..it's always in that moment! They DO NOT respect the contract we signed or could care LESS about us!

I don't believe they do. They do run your credit and ask about evictions. Your best bet would be to call them directly though.

I think if pass 5th will charge late fee.
Don't think so in fact they're raising people's rents but I'm not for sure you have to check into it online
