I'm am very pleased and happy with diamond head apartments, how ever I hope the demands I'm requesting are not too much for them to handle. I've simply asked for a working stove the burners aren't working right now and tomorrow I will also seek out for attention in regards to hot water I hope they are able to address these simple issues. If not I will have to take my concerns to a high level on demand. And I don't want it to get to that level I'm really enjoying the complex and the new city I'm living in if they maintenance and office fix this problem in ample time there no doubt in my mind I will have a amazing experience here.

This morning on 07/23/2022 I left for work an I had a FedEx order delivery around 11am and I had no one to pick it up an I would have had to leave work on a busy day to drive 20 minutes to rush an pick it up so I called our community security they weren’t in Today so I had called my leasing office and Respectfully, Alma Vergara Leasing Consultant. Answered The phone and I told her my situation and she was very polite and nice and I to go into my unit with my permission to take my package into my home and I was very happy and satisfied with that due to these suspicious activities that go throughout the universe on package thieves and I wouldn’t have it any other way she was very helpful an I thank her she’s wonderful as always Sincerely Dawnae Stewart

Thinking about moving here? DONT ! I lived her 4 years through all kinds of mess! They let anybody move in they cheap apartments! But the last straw was when someone broke into my second floor apartment by climbing up my balcony! The offices response was to just put a security gate up AFTER the fact ! It should have had those in every cheap little apartment over there since they are so easily accessible! But the office doest care they go home at 4 so its not their problem what you go through on their property! Oh an if you break your lease due to a break in and follow the managers Rosies instructions, you will still get charged these random fees and she will act like she dont know wat youre talking about ! Ive been emailing and calling this lady . I asked for corporates number she gave me collections number to pay this fee imm charges due to her poor and careless instructions.Its a real circus and it’s stressful dealing with CHEAP apartments like this !
