I've lived here for nine years. They have not done anything to my place as far as upgrades or anything. I have a hole in my floor old linoleum floors. And now they want to raise my rent 350 dollars. For what these places aren't worth what they are charging. It's a joke and robbery. Stay away.

Whole property is pretty dirty. Dog doo everywhere, main pool has lots of debris, only like half the washers and dryers work. You're better off using the laundromat across the street. Been here over 3 years - from the beginning, there have been constant/intermittent water issues, which management made it appear as though it was a one-off issue. You may or may not get notified in advance that you're going to be without hot water, or without water at all! The lack of communication is frustrating, to say the least. Not to mention the tunnel area behind the parking lot. You're better off spending a little more elsewhere, if you can, to be honest.

No one answers the phone at the office. I tried knocking on the front office door because I have an appointment to view an apartment. I knocked for 15 minutes. Someone rudely answers and says to wait outside for another girl to get there in 30 mins to show us the apartment. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

Please be careful with the Tropicana Royale apartments in Paradise. My fiancé and I looked at them last week. They looked decent. We were gonna fill out an application but everything online was very bizarre. I’ve never had a place request the application money before an application was filled. I’ve also never had a place request pictures of my social security card and drivers license. Usually places just ask for the number for their records or just look at your drivers license. Well I paid the application fee and tried to fill out the application. Their website was not letting me complete the process. It kept trying to get into both of my bank accounts (I have one here and one from my PA from where I lived prior that I don’t wish to close out yet) it went into my accounts about 5 times and still wouldn’t let me fill out the full application but had no issue taking my money beforehand. I called and left a message to explain the situation. Nobody called me back at all. I called again and again last week but nothing. That was was last week. Today I get a text message from them demanding payment for the application. I sent them a screenshot of the money they took from my account and explained the situation. I asked for a refund due to the poor customer service, not being able to complete the application, and after reading the reviews of all the bugs they have…(roaches and bed bugs). They told me no refund. I again tried to explain how it wouldn’t even let me fill out their whole application on their website and how they shouldn’t have taken money from me when the application couldn’t even be completed. They told me no and said to have a nice day. Thankfully, my bank has wonderful customer service and after explaining to them what happened they are filing a claim for me because they feel I am being scammed.
