Sierra Pointe Apartments have terrible management and terrible maintenance. The maintenance crew doesn't fix anything. It takes days or weeks for them to come out. This new team of management and maintenance is the worst I've seen in 13 years. They talk bad to you and ignore you. We've never needed new management and maintenance and NOW we do.
