Avoid this place at all costs. I loved there for 3 years, and now they're trying to charge me $4,000 for rent AFTER I moved out, and "damages" that were supposed to be fixed by maintenence. This place is nothing more than a Siegel Suites without the weekly rent option. But don't take my word for it. Just look at these pics of the laundry room, where half the machines dont work, and there's literally an in use power outlet sitting in a puddle. Not an extension cord, but an actual power outlet wired into the building.

This place was ok for a second but the crime rate is high lots of bugs stuff barely gets fixed the rules are ridiculous your not allowed to have chairs bikes or grills in front of your door where you pay rent they want you to lock your bike up in the middle of the complex they don't won't flower pots or anything in the windows they wont even let you have curtains up in the inside now where in the middle of a desert with wall unit ac that barely keep the units coo that just means higher bill smh most of the people here stay to them selfs don't bother anybody work go to school come homethere good people who have a lot going on we post to be able to come on to peace what we do shouldn't matter as long as we not damaging property we don't have storages barely have cabinet space only out side privacy we have is the porch in front of our doors now they want us to move our grills? Only move here if its your last resource its not even worth it respectfully..

New management came in about a month ago....She is Fantastic .... Things are looking good....many.improvements .... I wanted to post another statement. I think Denise is Absolutely thee Best Manager we have had to Date. I have lived here almost 6 years and she is very easy to talk with...she is kind and understanding... She Does Not Bend The Rules ....but can understand peoples problems in this Trying time. Thank you Denise for your Wonderful personality and your Hard Work at improving our Community.

Still waiting for that lease renewal that we've called about for the last 3 weeks. No one is ever in the office so how the hell do I get ahold of someone that will send the damn lease renewal? My roommate has talked to 3 different people in the office and each time they said they would send the renewal that day and each time they didnt.
