So I just moved here this week. I already feel extremely unsafe. I want to break my lease. There is a extremely rude leasing agent. The place is filthy and honestly needs to be shut down. The health department needs to know about this place. Scorpions all in in my apartment. They did spray however there’s tones of openings in side my apartment and outside my door the pest control pointed out. I have to get everything sealed. I can’t even sleep at night due to fear and having to watch my back . The ceilings in the hall coming down.These apartments need to be tore down and built back up. That’s the only way to fix the real issues here instead of putting a bandage over the problem. The apartment that they showed me is nothing like what I thought I was getting.

Been a problem since the beginning. Tamiko gave me a move in date and said she was processing my paperwork, and when I arrived they said she had not process my lease and I needed to wait over an hour for them to get it to me. I asked to see the apartment while I wait as Tomiko also had not responded when I asked about touring. They also seemed incredibly upset that I was outside waiting for them without an appointment. I waited nearly an hour just to talk to someone on my move in date! They weren't answering the phones either. I agreed to the apartment because it was cheap and in the beginning it wasn't bad. But more and more issues have come up. The trash is always a mess, strewn about and all over. They do not notify you before entering your apartment which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I've had a frustrating neighbor throwing loud fireworks off their balcony that are so loud they shake the building. When I called Security and told them which apartment they basically refused to confront them. "We don't want to just knock on doors." The people across the street saw them throw it! My bathtub has been messed up since i moved in but I don't want to call maintenance because they've entered twice without notice and I do not want them coming in randomly! Plus, emergency maintenance does not have keys to the apartments, so the one time i knew they were going to be there, I wasn't home to let them in and had to drive there to let them in. You get 2 hours per week day to reload your laundry card in the leasing office. I'd rather it just be a coin laundry! I just take my laundry to a friend's house because I work long days and I do not want to deal with the people in the leasing office. The company they work with has remote loading options, we just don't have that here. Now, it is 3:25 AM and the hall fire alarm has been going off for nearly 30 minutes. Went outside, no fire trucks or worried people. No one saying there's a fire or other emergency. No distant sirens on their way to save us. Nothing! If someone pulled the alarm, that's obviously not their fault but in WHAT WORLD does it take nearly 30 minutes to deactivate a fire alarm. Cheap is cheap but this place doesn't meet the bare minimum 😔

Christina was amazing she made me feel like they really cared about my problems and concerns (not that there were many) the previous agent i worked with did not show me how to get to my unit or where anything was so i was very confused i was also missing some things in my apartment that christina was able to get to me asap. i love her she was the best if you come here you’ll want to work with christina she was so thorough and gave me all the information i needed about the complex. my experience with her has been 10/10. and not to mention SHE WAS SO NICE. Her customer service skills go above and beyond.
