Honestly not that bad compared to other apartments in the area. Management is polite and courteous (at least to me) and if you don't get into mischief, it's a quiet place to live. I've never had an issue with either maintenance or management, but I do have basic human decency (People sometimes lack such a common skill) so, maybe that's why my time here has been pleasant. Not the best, obviously, but it's safe and generally kept clean. There isn't a pest problem. Every once in a while, we see a little beetle or even rarely a spider. Mosquitoes are a huge issue in the summer though, but that's not necessarily a fault towards the apartments. With how dangerous Vegas is becoming, it's a good option, I think. (If you find yourself in luck of actually getting an apartment here.)

The one bedroom apartments are spacious - about 672 sf. They include a complete kitchen with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. There is dining space in the kitchen as well, for your dinette set. There is a linen closet off the hallway area. There is a clothes closet on the opposite side of the hallway near the bedroom. A bonus is that there is also a deep closet adjacent to the living room that is suitable for storing things! The bathroom is smallish, but functional. The bedroom is about medium in size, but big enough for any size bed. Also, there is a nice little balcony, just off the living room, which is a nice place for a Bistro set, an outdoor workspace, or a nice space for your dog or cat to relax and get some fresh air. Also, there are no roaches or other pests here. These are decent apartments.

Depends mostly on availability, and if you are also applying for rental assistance. Normal app is approved Ina matter of a few days to a week if there are apts avail. Most people move in and then apply for the reduced rent. That takes months.

Last I checked, maybe around 1100 to 1300. They have 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, but I believe there's also a waiting list for their apartments 😬

If you are applying for a low-income unit - under HUD, there is a waiting list, and it will take 3-4 years for you to get in.

Be careful. They are scandalous. I was threatened and eventually "no renewal of lease" aka kicked out, because they did not like that I had security cameras, even after proving I made no holes in the walls to mount them and they were pointed only at MY apt. and the parking lot. The noise level due to poor construction can be a bitter issue between neighbors. Even though your neighbor walks on top toes it will sound like deliberate stomping. 😲 If you do move in, building A has had past issues of homeless seeking refuge on patios... there is an alleged child molester in one apt (if the family is still there) and little wannabes roam the parking lots now and then at night trying to get into cars. (I use to screen shot these things to METRO off my security cameras) I loved building A tho because it had a nice place for the kids to play even tho people brought their dogs there to pee and poo in the grass.... and for the most part, I had the BEST neighbors!! I do miss them!
