Had a tour scheduled, got there and absolutely no one answered the phone. The residents living there had to give me the code to get in. Tried calling for ten minutes straight and just no one answered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We have lived here for almost 3 years and it’s always something. From ridiculous fees for everything to annoying notices they sneak around and post on the door constantly. My main reason for this review is because yet AGAIN our cars have been broken into. This is about the 4th time our car has been broken into and every time we tell the office we are basically told it’s our problem they can’t do anything. We pay as much if not MORE for rent then the other buildings but they are all gated. They could at least for the amount they charge for rent hire over night security for our side since we are not offered a gated secure and safe area to park our cars. Every time you call the office it’s a new person “managing” the office. No one ever knows what’s going on or have an answer to any question that isn’t basic. The manager usually last about a month then on to the next one who thinks they are going to come in and make the right changes… we pay over 1300 for rent on an apartment that has not been changed one time since we moved in yet the rent has gone up over 200$ everyone else gets new cupboards flooring fridges. And we are stuck with the same old ugly cabinets but pay they same amount of rent. Just to wrap it up they will put on a semi annual inspection they say is to check light sockets and cleanliness but really just go through your stuff if you arnt home and give false report of what is found. Or assume they found evidence of something that makes no sense. They will also threaten the eviction if your kids are outside playing….. cause it says in the lease kids can’t be outside playing on side walks… how sad. Not recommended at all.

We moved in only 10 months ago and they've already had to replace the water heater and the garbage disposal. They also have had to come 2 or 3 times to fix the ac. It's clearly obvious they rushed the job and did things poorly before we moved in. The accounting department never cashed the check I gave them for rent in March and have been trying to charge me late fees for their negligence. Now to top all of that, apparently there is a leak under the floor and I'm currently trapped in my bedroom because my entire apartment is blocked off while they jackhammer the floors to find the leak and eventually fix everything up again (poorly, I'm sure.) Oh, plus there's a lot of scorpions in the summer, so unless you love scorpions I would stay away. Also don't be surprised if your rent goes up ~$300 after your first year.

The 24 hour maintenance here is horrible , there isn't such a thing. You might see it on the website but it's a lie . If your roof is leaking , it'll probably fall on your head before maintenance is even aware of the problem. UPDATE: We were recently told we cannot place our bicycle by the patio area because it’s unsanitary? They’re forcing us to put it in the house. Also, maintenance comes in and out of your apartment when they want to and when you’re NOT home.

I pay $899 for a two bedroom. Not sure how much a one bedroom is going for. We have a no-pet policy but you will see "service" animals all over the complex. My neighbor even had a cat and was ever told anything. So they turn a blind eye as long as you are a good tenant.

Do they allowed pets?
