I stopped by the other day to get some information on leasing and I thought the staff greeted me with such kindness and they were very help full on helping me find the perfect condo for me. The area looks great, gated and very clean neighborhood. I am hoping to move in as soon as they have available for what suites me and my family and I trust they will have me in mind. It’s around everything convenient as well! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peace and comfort environment.

We had one of our cars AND our apartment broken into within a month. When they broke into our apartment they easily kicked the door open. I suggest getting a ring door bell if you plan on moving into apt. 1078. And none of our neighbors "heard" anything when they kicked the front door open. One of my other neighbors got their motorcycle stolen and another neighbor got their car plates stolen. Supposedly they have security walking around but you'll never see them. There was this other incident where all the lights that are outside to help you see were all OFF and it didn't get fixed until DAYS maybe A WEEK after. It was pitch black tryna to walk to your car or to your house at night I had to use a flash light. When we had contacted them about the issue they said it wasn't their problem but HOA's problem. Unbelievable I do NOT recommend I'm GLAD I'll be out of this place!
