Jason- It took a long time to get authorization from YOUR warranty company. Once we got it, then we had to build the transmission which is out of the vehicle. Wait for a torque converter which was special order. Then it will be re-installed. So working on it means building it and then installing it.
Same thing with me. I call everyday asking if my car is done. They've had my car for over a month!
They did an AWESOME job on my truck. I was very pleased with their professionalism and trustworthiness. As a woman that means ALOT!!! Just wanted to say thank you again!
Sometimes major repairs take longer, and part of the process of a major repair. Sounds like it’s inside getting worked on. Unfortunately it takes time to get parts, get factory programmed.. a number of things can happen. Any other questions, feel free to call 877-9650 and ask for Greg or Paul.
