Sunrise Palms is a great place to live for seniors. Maintenance is always on top of the work orders. Office manager Llesenia always greets me with a smile even though she has a mask on lol. I will refer anyone that is over 55+ to move in to sunrise palms. It's quiet and peaceful, the grounds are always clean, the neighbors are friendly also. Convenient location to shopping center on sloan and charleston. Keep up the good work Sunrise Palms Team!

I love living here. Repairs are done in a timely fashion even when the office is closed. The manager is cool and does a great job even tho she's usually very busy The grounds are .well maintained. Corporate is always willing to work with me when the need arrives. I would definitely refer Sunrise Palms to anyone

I was having such a hard time with my apartment search because every apartment i have gone too made me feel like i was a bother and unwanted. when I came to Orchard club I was greeted by Selene and she was just so warm and welcoming to me. She made me feel like this is my home and walked me through the whole application process. i cant thank her enough and i cant wait to make orchard club Apartments my new home. :)
