I really appreciate village square and all that they have done. They have issues here and there but every time i make contact with martin. Martin helps. Martin keeps in contact. Martin helps and makes things go smoothly. The maintenance crew is helpful. The maintenance crew is nice and they respond at. Convenient time on any work order. I appreciate the environment and the safety measures they take on a daily. Thank you martin for all the help since moving in.

They have fallen off. My rant is there has been a problem with the mail. They blame it on the post office. The post office blames it on them. In the meantime I have to go to the post office to get my mail. And I have had packages not get delivered due to this complication. Why in two months they have not been able to negotiate something so that we the tenants are not at an inconvenience. They say that the mail boxes are fixed, but the post office says they’re not secure. They’re disabled and handicapped individuals who live in the complex who have difficulties going to and from.

I called a week ahead to ask if I could schedule an appointment to look at a unit. I was told that I didn’t need one and to just stop by. Here I am now and a sign posted on the door says the office is closed and only going by appointment. I tried calling, I could see the leasing staff inside but they didn’t respond to my phone call or knock on the door. They just ignored me standing out there. I was hesitant about leasing here anyway because of all the terrible reviews but wanted to give them a look. Guess I was wrong for that.
