Have had electrical issues and no hot water for over a month the maintenance people don’t seem to know what they’re doing or even how to fix it paying almost 2000 a month for this if you expect to have hot water stay away from this place

There are many beautiful apartment complexes around Henderson and Las Vegas with incredible amenities. However, I have never experienced the type of customer service I have received at SouthBlvd apartments. Everyone is polite and kind to rent you a place. Nick at SouthBlvd apartments goes above and beyond! When I share a concern it is immediately addressed and questions immediately answered. He is kind, empathetic, professional and just genuinely cares about the residence at SouthBlvd apartments. Nick and crew thank you so much for making SouthBlvd apartments my home. I appreciate your A+ customer service more than you will ever know!!!

South Blvd apartments are very beautiful and peaceful. My fiancé and I moved across the country from Ohio and Carmelia Parker was very resourceful and helpful in guiding us throughout the entire process. There was a few things that needed fixing during move in day and maintenance, David, got here quickly and fixed the problem efficiently! We are happy we found such a comfortable place to live, their crew is extremely accommodating.

I love South Blvd. It’s such a nice apartment complex. The pool, gym, and public areas are really nice. The location is great, and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. My washer broke and they were really quick to fix it, the maintenance guy was really friendly and made sure he did his job. Marissa at the office is super nice and easy to talk to, she makes sure everything gets taken care of, and is always trying to help if theres any question or concern which is amazing.
