I’m gonna start with the positive. The people who work here definitely try their best to make this place home. I’ve never seen such hard-working grounds people, they are out all day keeping this place clean which is an uphill battle. The people at the front desk have always been friendly and helpful to me. I have never had a bad encounter with the staff at this location. There are five pools that will not open until June but they are fairly nice, there is currently one dog park open that is also convenient. (Edit: 2 pools are currently open! They really did a phenomenal job with the pool decor at the office pool, going to raise a star just for that. Hoping it isn’t quickly destroyed) Unfortunately the location of this place makes it hard to live as there is lots of crime. Even with Security my car has been stolen, and my mailbox has been broken into. Rent is unaffordable as a one bedroom is going for 1,400 here. There is constant vandalism occurring from the residents here. It is common for children to throw rocks at your windows and pets outside. They break all the light fixtures and throw furniture in the pool making it hard to enjoy amenities. Because of the constant destruction of property the basketball court has no hoops, and I have not once seen the tennis court open during my residency. Pools are often closed with only one being available at times. It is not safe to walk here at night. Overall I cannot recommend. Photos show broken mail boxes (I’ve had mine broken into as well) and motorcyclists on the pedestrian walking paths

If you decide to rent here make sure you get copies of EVERYTHING. If you're told something, get it in writing. The office staff is a joke. Renee is the property manager and she is beyond incompetent. The sales agent Arianna is just as bad. They rented us an apartment that had to have been closed up for months. When we moved in it had a horrible old, stale mildew smell. It was atrocious. My two toddlers would complain about the smell making them sick. We called multiple times to complain and they would respond with "just air out the apartment". We finally had to break our lease and find somewhere else to rent because the smell was so bad after months of trying to "air it out". We called multiple times to get the grand total and each time they gave us a different price. It was like they were just making up numbers. It was ridiculous! A month after we moved we received a final bill with a balance owed. When I called they told me they couldn't access the city ledger and couldn't confirm what was owed. Paying over $1500 per month for terrible living conditions and an incompetent leasing office should be illegal. They should be ashamed of themselves.

!!!!!DO NOT EVEN BOTHER APPLYING!!!!! If I could leave no stars I would. Worst service ever. It is not the fact I didn’t qualify for one of their apartment, but the fact that I paid for a holding fee 4 MONTHS AGO and have yet to receive it my refund for it.This is one of the most unprofessional apartment complexes in Las Vegas. They are so quick to take your money, but take their sweet time to give it back McDonald’s does refunds faster than these guys

I have been living in these apartments since July 2020, and we have had a never ending roach problem!! I have brought this issue to the management multiple amount of times and they have done NOTHING to help! It took them 8 months to FINALLY fumigate the apartment and even then the roaches worsen! I dread having to sleep in this building when I can feel the roaches crawl on me in my sleep! Not to mention the two work computers that have been destroyed due to the roaches constantly finding a way in. At this point I have VIDEOS of the roaches crawling around, a dozen them too! I’ve been trying to break my lease now for nearly a month and ever since it’s been call avoidance and I’ve had enough of it. Imagine paying nearly $1,200 for a roach infested home, not to mention the scorpions as well! I HATE IT HERE!! If you’re looking for a place to stay, I PRAY you don’t come to these apartments, it’s a JOKE.

The smallest 1bd (625sqft) is 650$, the largest ( 807 sqft) is 740$. These are the prices before taxes, water, sewage and trash fees.

I was paying $765 for an upgraded unit + $45 for Water, Trash and Sewer. Very Clean and bug free. Crime ? Someone tried to break into my Apt at 7 am while I was sleep back in March. I use to hear Gun shots in the Very back of the building at least twice a week. As soon as my lease was up I got out of that building and moved into far Summerlin. They try to persua people with the cheap prices and move in specials that they have. I wouldn't recommend these Apts to anyone AT ALL. I hope this helps you with your decision.
