Lastnight at about 12am, it started raining and our apartment started leaking by the roof. Then it started to bow in the celing. The celing came tumbling down little by little and all of a sudden at 2:18pm the ceiling gave way and collapsed. I immediately made a work order and attached the pics...and a 8am this morning, simon was on our porch accessing damages from the rain. I opened the door, and he immediately called his crew including ruben and joe. The maintenance crew and the painting crew are awesome people!! We have been here 3 years and we love this place!! The property manager is great too and even tho i havent met the owners yet and talked to them, they also have cleaned up this place really well!! Idc what people have to say about this place!! We love it here!

Been living here three years going on four and through all the tough times and hardships the office workers including Roxanne the office manager are always understanding and helpful they are on top of repairs and maintenance and property is definitely a stand out compared to others in the area.

This really is the best apartment complex i have lived in. The management is by far the best and most caring. They are working so hard to upgrade the property and they keep it clean and safe. I will live here until I can buy a home. Thank you staff at canyon club for all u do!

I been living in the canyon club apartment for the past three yrs. Roxanne, Melissa and Daisy are very professional always ready and willing to help in all matters concerning the apartment complex. And the maintenance crew are always nice and pleasant and willing to solve all your maintenance problems. The whole staff are very nice.
