Chris, the concierge, is great. He's gone above and beyond and helped me with maintenance issues (so I didn't need to wait for a handyman to show up) and even delivered packages from the mail room right to my door. I've been stuck working from home for almost a year now thanks to COVID, and I still enjoy waking up each morning in such a nice apartment.

Lived here for three years moving in immediately after having our Daughter and the staff immediately made us feel at home helping with a great package concierge and often delivering heavy boxes to our door. Jeanette and her staff always made our daughter feel safe and the public areas we’re kept immaculately clean which made us comfortable letting her explore the property. The units themselves are wonderful with great river views and the indoor parking was great in the winter time. If you’re considering a move in Poughkeepsie I would definitely recommend taking a look for yourself.
