I swear no one actually works at this office. No one ever answers the phone. You can dial every extension under the sun, click any prompt given to you, and no one! This place calls, leaves a message with an extension, I call back, no one answers...for hours!! I'm going on my 4th hour of trying to call them back. This is insane.

Sat in the waiting room almost 3 hours. While we waited, a lunch delivery came for employees. We didn't order lunch due to having at 10:15am appointment. Had we known, we would have eaten lunch at home and arrived promptly 3 hours late. No apology was given for the inconvenience. No apology was made to my next appointment for which I was late due to being held up at this appointment.

Scheduling is terrible. They make you wait literally to the laat moment not even giving you 12hours notice!

This facility is awesome! I've been here several times and each time the staff has been absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend it to anybody ,especially if they need surgery that can be same day.
