The up keep of the grounds are nice but the management can get a little over zealous on really petty things. And I do get profiled here from other people asking me if I live there smucks but from now on I will let them know how rude they are

You buy your home and rent the space..55 and over community which is beautifully maintained and the people are very friendly! It feels serene and safe. The pool is gorgeous and they even have a library in the clubhouse!! I visited a dear friend and would love to live there!!

No, I think the max limit is 25 lbs. You can call the office and ask them.

2 cars under a carport. If you can 3 but it cannot be in the street.
