Don’t go here read the rest of the comments. Once they asked me for a credit card to put on file, this raised great suspicion to me an I left & did not get seen. Never went to an urgent care that requires a credit card on file . This place is scamming people per the rest or comments and do not recommend going here. I’m glad I left and went to the urgent care I normally go to.

Don’t do it all the bad reviews are true. Waited 1.5 hours with no one else in the lobby for my 2 year old to be seen. Everyone who checked in AFTER us was seen first. Terrible service.

I was pleased that they took me at the last minute for a covid test. They took my vitals, went over my symptoms, took the test, and said that I should get the results in 1 to 2 days. After getting positive results, I should contact my doctor to get a script for antiviral medication. I was feeling lousy - 100+ fever, sore throat, cough... I waited a day and a half with no results. I called my doctor and asked for the antiviral script. They called the prescription in to my pharmacy. It is now 4 days later and I still have not heard from Emergency One about my results. Sadly, they had no follow through and with something like covid, you need good follow through.

Currently, results are taking between 2 and 7 days to come back. Just today, Labcorp reported nationally to expect this delay to increase over the next few weeks due to demand and the holidays.
