Have to agree, new owner is super rude and unhelpful. One of the employees actually took over and was nicer. Such a shame. This place had been friendly and a delight to visit for years. Fortunately, Postal Annex is down the street. Also note that if you have and Amazon return that says UPS will box your item for you. It’s not true. They won’t! Really wanting to support a local POC business but definitely avoid this place. Ugh.

Sent two packages from this store. One sent priority mail and the other sent using ground. Needless to say, my priority package will arrive after the ground package. This was pointless and a waste of time and money. I will never use UPS again. It should have been explained that the package could arrive after. So I paid double for a package to be delivered in a timely manner and it’s not. I have to spend more money to rebuy items that will not arrive on time. I’ve called the store several times but no one answers the phone. I went back into the store during the day when it was no one in the store and no one answered the phone. Had I known it was a local business I would not used it.

The employees are great and do their best but the owner is awful. He isn't helpful at all, if he can't find a package he'll just tell you to come back later, if he doesn't want to accept an Amazon return he just says they don't do that. A ton of employees quit so there's no way these guys can keep up with everything. During the holidays was terrible, the owner wasn't helping the employees and the store was trashed, it seems like he just doesn't care enough. The photos of this place are too nice so I took a photo to give a better representation of what this store is like
