Awful. Leaving Wellby ASAP. They gave me a new card when the chip on my old JSC card broke. Without my concent, they gave me a new number for my new card. All of my automatic payments associated with my JSC card number are ruined. I now have to open a new account, choosing Chase, and move my automatic payments to my new account and watch for any charges to my Welby account so I don’t receive bad credit and late fees. Awful; no concent; leaving.

Unsatisfactory. Waited five days for a response that was supposed to have taken 24 hours. Even after sending messages several times requesting an update. The mobile app, in trying to look hip, is extremely basic and does not offer a lot to manage your accounts. When trying to close my account after being completely displeased with their assistance, I was told I had to go in person.

I recently needed a car loan and Lucy Hernandez was GREAT to work with. I contacted her about applying for the loan on Tuesday around 11am and let her know that I was in a time crunch to get it done, because of a deal that I had worked out with the dealership, and she had everything approved and funded on the same day. Lucy was very professional, courteous, and facilitating... I couldn't recommend her more.

Every bank's routing number is different and depends on their location. You may have to visit or call the bank to get this information. If you have an account with them you can always place a call with them. Have your customer ID handy to make your call a little easier. I don't think they make this information public. Anyways it is the numbers on the bottom of your checks next to your account number.
Yes, the main branch have an overnight dropbox.
Members are able to open a CD at the branch and transfer the funds from the Money Market.
