I love our local park! It's always being improved and is regularly used. My favorite areas are the large grassy expanse out by the lake, perfect for watching sunsets, and the other is the newer dock/gazebo on the water. The volleyball court is falling into some disrepair but otherwise the facilities are always clean and well kept.

This is a really small park with not really much to offer. There is a tennis court, a pier, a few picnic tables, and a parking lot.

I’m not sure why it’s called the recreational center, nothing really happening anytime I’m there. I saw the sign and got excited cos I assumed it was something about arts. I get there and nothing 🥴 Tennis court, water front with shelter and a yard. I love the sunset 🌅

Windermere is a beautiful quaint area surrounded by and including many lakes. The center of town has some cute shops. The recreation area includes tennis courts and is really quite nice and sits right on a lake. All in all it is much quieter and much less built up with commercial real estate. It is a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Orlando.

Open dawn to dusk.

A few to use the tennis courts? How so? I play all the time and I don't pay a fee.
Can reserve it on city parks website. Or can go and be there unless the person with reservation shows up. Most people do not make reservations, so it is mainly first come first serve.
