Very clean park area. Boat ramp rather small, so sometimes it could be a wait. $5 parking fee at the kiosk.

Biggest disappointment I have been through and by far the most unorganized and terribly managed lake. I have been to many, many lakes and this one right here is the worst. They appear to get full capacity by 10:30, as I witness 6 boats leave from the water as I’m speaking to the also rude people that apparently guard the gate, stating there is no parking as boats leave. There signs that are out front state nothing besides that parking is full and in fact it was not.. sucks to have a lake in such a high end area operate so poorly. Don’t even get me started with the fact that there is sooo much room to build more parking spaces.. (did I mention that almost every one I saw get turned away also lives in Windermere?)
