Have been attending this medical Center for 4 years and it gets worse each time. Today I turned up for my appointment that was scheduled months ago to be told it was rescheduled. I asked when it was rescheduled “don’t know”, who rescheduled it “don’t know” only to find out it was rescheduled when I was not even in the country. The male front desk person was not interested in an apology or helping in any way whatsoever. Time to look for a new medical center. Patients time is as valuable as their time.
