I had an appt with Nonna A. First the entire appointment she cussed up a storm not caring if she offended me or anyone. Second she spent way too much time asking me what I wanted. It was annoying and superficial especially since what I asked for she did not do (a partial highlight and showed her a specific photo). She upsold me to a half head, promised I would look like my own photo, during the process said she would add lowlights and never did. Today I went to have Amanda fix what Nonna did, not only did Nonna laugh at me in front of other guests and staff when I said I wasn’t happy and that my hair is damaged because of what she did (it’s breaking off because she over treated it) but she refused to go in the back and continued mocking me publicly when the manager asked her to go in the back. Her assistant shampooed me, even after I asked for someone else when Carole was putting her hair in my eyes and it touched my face during shampoo, she pulled my hair out, deliberately made me uncomfortable. Do not use this salon. They also told me they would not flat iron my hair so I could see how it actually looked after “fixing” what Nonna did. Oh and the other girl who cut my hair last week said Nonna over does it with everyone. Fire her. She berated me and made me feel like it was my fault for her mistake. She laughed at me and mocked me. Both Nonna and Carole are horrible and I promise I will escalate this.

The experience was nice, and when I left my hair was styled so it looked like the cut was perfect. However once I got home and started looking at it, I noticed the layers were choppy and uneven. More hair was cut off than I’d asked for and I’m just devastated. Will not be returning.
