Went in to try to understand the difference in this location and the other I signed up for. Lady at the front desk, and a lady introduced as the "GM" were arrogant, pretentious, and condensending. For example. I scanned in, and it didnt work. The lady at the front desk told me I didnt have access to this club as it was a "signature" location, she also proceeded to remove the scanner from the counter top, and place it next to her behind the counter, stating "that wont work here" (this was an awkward gesture) Also, She said her GM could help me and walked me over to a woman, who litterally looked me up and down and condescendingly proceeded to pull up my account and tell me I could have just signed up there for the same price (which was a lie because theres no way they would just give me the best price available immediately, especially for this "signature" club). I asked the "GM" what were the difference in the amenities, If it the signature location was the same price? She stated "This loaction is cleaner, less crowded, more UPSCALE...and with access here you would have access to the signature clubs and all the ones BELOW" (there was emphasis on the "below" and I had been going to the non signature location for a week already) These ladies were unfriendly, not personable, did not exchange names, or offer a tour of their "more upscale facility." I would have gladly cancelled and re-signed up, but they positioned ZERO value. I was extermely polite and I don't know why I was treated this way. I genuinely feel like it would have been a burden for them to upgrade my membership, or help me cancel and sign up again, so they didnt want my business. I did make an excuse to leave because I felt genuinely uncomfortable. These peoples idea of service is clearly based on a very old way of thinking. Very dissappointing.

I can’t begin to express my outrage at the appalling attitude of the staff. The customer service is shocking and after the condescending and egregious attitude we received from the front desk girl and the general manager we will never visit that location again. After reading the recent reviews I can see why they’re all negative. I can’t believe LA fitness believes it’s acceptable pay their staff to treat people this way.

Used to be the best but now classes get cancelled and they never let us know, equipments needs to be renewed, I pay more to get towels and special services but they are taking it away. Pool and spa always closed. Not happy.

No they are not. Probably not until later this year. But I would just call front desk and ask . Maybe things have changed since they did open up the saunas again. Ya never know..
they do offer towels. Have a sauna and jacuzzi
