First I call the store Neil Z. answer my question and advise me i could order the phone. About 1 hr. Later i walked in the store Mr. Neil Z. Recognized me from the phone call. He explained the trade in program and I order the Galaxy Z Fold4 in beige. He was so good in explaining everything that when I go pick up my wife phone I will upgrade my phone too. Thank you once again for a great service even better that a corporate store in Winter Garden.
