Been living here for two years with no issue until my car was towed without warning. If you are parked in a wrong spot by accident they will not call tenant to advise them before towing. Gary Davis is also very rude.

Read the reviews of people who actually lived here! All the 5 stars are from people who visited or toured with Julissa/Julie. Looks like she got all her family and friends to leave glowing reviews. DONT RENT HERE! The reviews of those that lived here tell the true story. The rental office staff are shady, rude, and unprofessional. The grounds and amenities are not maintained. The place is a dump…especially at those rental prices.

Be very careful before you consider moving into these apartment complex... I've worked at a apartment complex I the past where we managed over 600 Units so I am very familiar with the process in becoming a tenant. Here's the story... a family friend were trying to move into to a available unit and they had requested the application to be done with a security deposit. Which was something new and I guess every property management company has their own process. Nevertheless here's the strange part, every potential tenant must first pass a background check no matter what which takes 24-48 Business hours. Then at that point you can either be denied, approved or approved conditional. Which depending on the report would determine what the "security deposit" would be to secure the unit that they were applying for. which is the last step in the process to remove the unit off the website. But they ended up getting denied after the background check and now they trying to ride off saying it was "Administration fee" which is clearly stated on the paperwork that it is $300 and not $400. I also know admin fee is un-refundable. But they are trying to keep the $400 security deposit because an unknown eviction has shown up on their rental history that they didn't even know they had. Had they known they had an eviction in the past that still showed up on record why would someone apply with confidence? I don't know anyone that is willing to throw away $400 like it's nothing. Very shady stuff... don't be fooled by the beauty of the place... If you treat potential tenants like this before moving in, I can only imagine the treatment they have in stored for you when you move in. Just food for thought. I don't believe Citra at Windermere is going to be happy to find out that if the issue is not resolved in a timely manner that they will be pursuing the following actions: Filing a complaint with The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under: Poor management Withheld security deposits Discrimination and so on which Fair Housing Act will cover Then Proceed to File a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) And if it comes down to it even File a Lawsuit Against the Property Management Company if needed to hold them accountable. Hoping this issue gets resolved!

I haven't rented here and never will. All because of the disrespectful approach of the staff. They didn't even say hello! They sat and pretended to be like super vip, as if we were not there. Guys, get ready for the fact that sooner or later the real estate market will collapse. And you will again have to treat customers with respect, which is your job.
