I always have good interactions with the maintenance guys, and up front at the office. They are diligent and quick to get you help. Maintenance always fixes a problem quickly and efficiently. They do their best to keep the property clean and getting to your maintenance needs. They never seem mad or upset. They explain as best as they can and to the point of what needs to be fixed. I’ve lived here 2 and a half years so far and have never had a problem with the office or maintenance guys.

Should be 0 stars. Rent is okay. Pools are never opened. Once a blue moon 1 pool out of all 5 may be opened. But the next day, it too gets closed for weeks at a time. And this is during summer. And I've noticed that based on other reviews that this has been a constant thing since before the pandemic. Drain the pools and get rid of them if you aren't allowing your residents to swim. Nevermind the newly installed basketball court that is always locked as well...let's not falsely advertise admenities if you aren't going to provide them. Either give the people what they want...or they gonna take action.

This place is a joke. How hard up on cash do you have to be to scam renters out of application money. This is the worst experience I've had with a property.. by far they are worst property management and Maria the scammer is no better. Read the reviews, I didn't and I got scammed. I also see nonstop complaints about roaches and other disgusting pests throughout the reviews. I feel bad for the tenants.

This property management company Westland Corp. are criminals. I lived at Harmon Hills until they illegally evicted me in 2020. By lying to me and the courts to keep me from showing up to a court hearing to prove I had a business license for Amway and and a not for profit snack shop in my apartment. They refused to make repairs and the complex is infested with bedbugs. Do not move to this place.
