An absolutely terrible company, they will charge you outrageous hidden fees when you end your service with them, they will leave you on hold for up to a hour even if you call first thing when they open, their representatives are unhelpful, and they are bad communicating your bill. I'd give them zero stars if that was an option.

I've been trying for two days trying to get in touch w/ ANYONE (by phone or at the Loudoun location) to sign up for a new account. Moving from out town. They will cause u a huge headache for something very simple. Very frustrating

Inhale been trying to connect services for 3 days now. I stay on hold for hours then get disconnected. I also add my phone to the call back system, but never get a call back. still on hold day 4, started with I am 56 minutes to be served, now I am up to 65 minutes in line.

Our power at least is not working... It just went out about 20 minutes ago... The Novec website and phone numbers are down as well.
Does anybody know if centreville elementary will be open if they dont have power?
