What can I say about town and country manor 3, I have lived here since early June here is my personal experience. Great location right next to everything you could want, groceries, casino, all the stores are in walking distance big plus if you don't own a car and the bus comes by every 20 minutes on the main road. The staff at town and country manor 3 are very professional and kind they work with you through compassion and understanding. Joe helped me rent my room he explained everything to me perfectly crystal clear the paper work was super easy to understand and when I have a question about something I can call the office. I haven't had problem since I got the room. Chris, Matt and Jen have also been helpful answering any questions I have and are happy to help me when I need it. They are pet friendly, have a gym, and pool. Elevators to get up stairs great setup and clean. The prices are great and rooms are spacious with a friendly community, best weekly in town hands down. If you take a trip to vegas do yourself a favor and stay with town and country manor.

My wife and I stayed here for about 30 days until our house became available. The positives were that the staff was cool, especially Chris. They didn't play around when it came to evicting people for foolery. Security walks around constantly which is a plus. The area is close to a few stores and restaurants. Most of the people in complex seemed friendly with the exception of a teenager that stabbed her boyfriend a few doors down. It was like a whole episode of "Cops" outside our unit when they arrested her. The bad was that people argued above us late at night and it was extremely loud. Unit was clean but reaped of smoke when we moved in. Roaches started to make an appearance after a couple of weeks of living there. I assumed they ventured over from a neighboring unit since they were just spotted here and there. Bathroom floor was uneven and tub was definitely old. Bed was beyond uncomfortable but it worked out I guess. Overall if you subtract the Roaches and smell of smoke I would give it a 3. Would have chopped the stabbing incident up as an isolated one since it was all that I saw of criminal activity.
