I visited this UPS after the conclusion of a travel assignment and had to ship my items across the country from the PNW to SWFL. Tatyana was so helpful, patient, compassionate and kind. She was very communicative, and assisted me in finding the best option. I spent over half an hour at the store due to the quantity and types of items I was shipping, and she did not display annoyance. The best UPS experience I’ve had. In fact, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Andi was also very helpful.

They refused to give me the envelopes I needed in order to complete my shipment. The excuse was they wouldn’t have enough otherwise. Only gave me less than 1/2 of what I needed. They told me to go to another UPS store to get the rest. Should be their job to manage inventory, not mine! Ridiculous if you ask me. Don’t give them your business.
